The house file

Your house’s memory. Kept by me, owned by you.

A Spanish home generates paperwork: transfers, taxes, licences, insurance, damage, renovations. For most owners it ends up scattered across folders, inboxes and memory gaps. With me it becomes one file.

Casa Tosalet, in my file since 2019

How a file begins

Three ways to start yours

01

With a purchase

If you buy with me, the file starts on escritura day — page one is the notary appointment.

02

With a takeover

Owned your home for years? We gather what exists, close the gaps and keep it current from then on.

03

With a handover

And if we part ways or you sell: the file is yours. I hand it over complete — to you or to the new owners.
