The proof

Real metrics, not promises

Plenty of people promise fast, good websites. Here are real numbers. The nine pages below are demonstration sites I built. They are live, you can open them, and you can measure the values yourself with Google's own tool.

Performance, accessibility and best practices each from 0 to 100. LCP, CLS and TBT are the Core Web Vitals, all in the green here.

Why there is no SEO score here

Lighthouse also measures a fourth category, "SEO". I deliberately do not show it here, and I will tell you plainly why: these demo sites are deliberately set to "noindex", so they do not get in the way of real client sites in Google search. That, and only that, is what the SEO test marks down. The single deduction reads, literally, "Page is blocked from indexing". On a real, indexed client site built to the same pattern, that deduction disappears. So I am not hiding the score to conceal anything, but because on a demo it measures the wrong thing.

What the numbers mean

In plain terms

  • Performance (99 out of 100): how quickly the page is usable. Above 90 counts as very good.
  • LCP, under 2 seconds: when the main content is visible. Under 2.5 seconds counts as good.
  • CLS, near 0: how steady the layout stays while loading. Nothing jumps, nothing shifts.
  • TBT, 0 milliseconds: how long the page fails to respond to input. Here: usable at once.

Speed is not an end in itself. Core Web Vitals like LCP and CLS are a confirmed Google ranking signal, and slow pages lose visitors before they have even finished loading. AI search engines also read a clean, fast page more easily. Built fast and clean therefore means: found more often and clicked away less.

How I measured

  • Measured with Google Lighthouse in "mobile" mode, on a throttled connection. That is the harder case, a phone on a mediocre network, not a fast office computer.
  • As of June–July 2026. These are lab values. The actual values of a finished client site also depend on content, images and hosting, so I do not give a blanket guarantee of an exact number.
  • The demo sites are deliberately set to "noindex", so they do not compete with real client sites in Google search. A pure SEO test therefore scores them lower, that is by design, not a shortcoming.
  • These pages are demonstrations, not real businesses. They show what is technically possible, not a particular client result.

Do not take my word for it. Open one of the demo addresses in Google PageSpeed Insights and measure it yourself.
