Briefing
We work out exactly what you need in a short call.
By phone or WhatsApp, whichever suits you. I ask the questions that matter: who you are reaching, languages, content, style. After that you get a written quote with the package, the scope and a delivery date.
- The text for your site (or notes, and I write it up)
- Your logo, if you have one, or a sense of your brand colours
- Photos, or whether you want me to use stock images
- One or two example websites you like
Build
I build your site. You see real progress to sign off.
Once you confirm the order, I start. I design straight in the browser, with no separate wireframe or mockup phases. The link you get to view it is the real website: real fonts, real colours, real behaviour on a phone. No simulation, no surprise at launch. On the larger packages you see a halfway progress version, so you can give feedback early.

Live and aftercare
Your site goes live. I am still here.
Once you give final sign-off, the site goes onto your hosting and goes live. We set up the domain and hosting together, or I handle it for you. From there the 30 days of aftercare begin, during which I am available for questions and small adjustments.

Delivery times at a glance
All delivery times count from the full handover of your content (text, logo, images). Delays in delivering content extend the timeline by the same amount.

What if I do not have the text?
That is more common than you think. I can write the text from notes or a short call. It is not a separate add-on, it is part of the briefing. On the Business and Complete packages, professional copywriting is available on request.
What if I do not like the design?
We sort that out in the briefing. The better you tell me what you like and what you do not, the closer the first design lands. Revisions within the agreed scope are included, of course. If you want a fundamental change of direction beyond the original scope, we talk it through openly.
Do I need my own domain and hosting?
No. I help you set it up. If you already have a domain and a hosting contract, I work with them. If not, I recommend providers that fit and we get everything set up together.
How many rounds of changes are included?
It depends on the package, but it is generous. What is not included: fundamental restructuring that comes up after the briefing phase. Everything agreed in the briefing gets done, including all the normal adjustments.
What exactly is the 30-day aftercare?
For the 30 days after launch I am available for small corrections, technical questions and adjustments. Larger extensions or new pages are not part of that, those are agreed as a separate project.
I am not technical. Is that a problem?
No. I explain everything in plain terms, in English, Spanish or German. You do not need to know anything about websites, that is my job. Yours is to tell me what you need and what your customers should see.
