2015 — Tourist licence, first summer guests, first statement.

2019 — Bathroom and terrace renovated, coordinated between two seasons.

2023 — Storm damage claimed, documented, settled — the owners were in Cologne.

2026 — Sale accompanied. The house file passed complete to the new owners.
