One person, not a team. On purpose.

I grew up in Lübeck and came to Spain in 2003 — first to Valencia, then to the Marina Alta, which never let me go. I have lived and worked in Jávea for many years now.

I started the classic way: showing houses, brokering purchases. But the calls that occupied me most came after the notary — when the electricity still ran in the previous owner’s name, the tax letters made no sense and nobody wanted to be responsible any more. Out of those calls, my profession grew.

Today I deliberately take on few houses and few owners. In return I know every roof, every meter and every deadline — and keep a file on all of it that belongs to you.
